Have you thought that perhaps there is a common element within the psyche of these killers that causes them to kill while other normal humans would never do that? Who among us when entering a crowd does not wonder, “Am I safe?”

After reading numerous articles of our search for answers to certain criminal activities in our population I present you with the following effort to achieve a working solution.

There is a system that can identify aberrations in the brain’s Executive Center. The Executive Center is where this recurrent criminal behavior is located. Included are a few articles and resources to help you understand.

This system identifies those individuals with the propensity to step over the line and commit a criminal activity. You know well that within the population there exists a percentage of individuals who have no regard for present laws and will not suppress the urge to go ahead and do what they want to do. They also make up a high percentage of our recidivism ( return to criminal activity after incarceration) population as they continue to disregard restrictions (laws) and simply act on their impulses.

Seems that we see them on the news every day .They Are the serial killers, mass shooters, deranged individuals who kill for no reason. . .without remorse .

  • A serial killer is typically a person who murders three or more people, usually in service of abnormal psychological gratification, with the murders taking place over more than a month and including a significant period of time between them. While most authorities set a threshold of three murders, others extend it to four or lessen it to two.
  • Mass murder is the act of murdering a number of people, typically simultaneously or over a relatively short period of time and in close geographic proximity. The FBI defines mass murder as murdering four or more people during an event with no “cooling-off period” between the murders. A mass murder typically occurs in a single location where one or more people kill several others.

A mass murder may be committed by individuals or organizations whereas a spree killing is committed by one or two individuals. Mass murderers differ from spree killers, who kill at two or more locations with almost no time break between murders and are not defined by the number of victims, and serial killers, who may kill people over long periods of time.

This system has an accuracy of nearly 90 percent in that it accurately identifies those with the propensity to step over the line.

Exposing these individuals before they act is to the advantage of Law Enforcement, governmental and corporate offices as they try to avoid hiring potential problem makers as well as those in business who need to assure themselves that their workers all the way up the ladder are not likely to commit crimes against the company. Not good business to hire someone into the upper ranks, (or any level) who may one day act against the company or office.

Today’s modern society sees that the need to identify the people in our society/civilization who will harm us and our way of life is more urgent. We are more crowded, morals have decayed, we do not seem to care about each other as we did in the past.

This system is available for anyone who feels they want to help in any category or field.

By contacting me with a request for demonstration you can see first-hand how this identifying system works. We are open to working with representatives from Law Enforcement, Corporate Head Hunters and personnel administrative officials.

Identifying these individuals before they can cause indescribable damage is most important. Now we have the system to achieve this goal.
